Cancellation Policy
Bodylicious Service Policy At Bodylicious, we’re dedicated to providing an exceptional, personalized experience every time you visit. To honor the time and care we invest in every appointment—and to respect our clients and team—we’ve set a few thoughtful policies: Booking Policy • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We want to ensure we have plenty of time to prepare for your visit and give you our full attention. • Sessions are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • We kindly require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the full session being forfeited. • No-shows are treated as last-minute cancellations. Refund Policy • All sessions and packages are non-refundable. • We are happy to offer flexibility: sessions can be rolled over to future months within your package term, so you can use them when it works best for you. Transfer Policy • Sessions and packages are non-transferable and intended for the original client only. We take pride in customizing our care for your individual goals. Late Arrival Policy • If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. However, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s booking. Full service fees apply. Expiration Policy • Packages and pre-paid sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise specified. We want to keep you on track for your goals.
